HOW PAYMENT WORKS
- Ground costs that you are paying direct to Pack, Paddle, Ski:
This will vary depending on the amount you can contribute and how much comes from fund raising. Balance due 2 months prior to departure.
- Airfare-Direct to Airline at time of booking:
We will assist in this planning.
- Donations to American Cancer Society (ACS):
1) Can be made direct to ACS in your name;
2) On-line under your account;
3) You can collect and forward to your account.
Minimum of $2500 due two months prior to outing.
Hopefully, fundraising will continue up to and even during and possibly after the event to raise as much as we can over our goal.
